Given the current economic and political uncertainties, now seems like an ideal time to reconnect and focus on self-care and mental health—topics KFM has always advocated for. To show our appreciation for the clients and friends we value, we’re hosting an event titled Self-Care and Managing Ambiguity on Thursday, May 1st, from 4:30 to 6:30 PM at our KFM office in Ravenswood. The event will feature wine, snacks, and an interactive presentation by Dr. Bianka Hardin, psychologist and professor at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She’ll be covering strategies for stress management, grounding techniques, and much more. We hope to see you there!
